How does it work?
You transmit your job file or files to our processing center at a time that is convenient for you. You can send files 'on demand', or have your computer system deliver the files on a scheduled basis, as you prefer. We receive the file and do completeness and correctness checks designed to catch incomplete or duplicated files.
We then merge your dynamic document content with the correct background form(s) and schedule the job for production with the appropriate production center. Special software ensures that the proper bar codes are applied to each mail piece so that it will travel as quickly as possible to its destination. Production centers are currenty located in Phoenix, AZ, Des Moines, IA and Long Island, NY.
The production deparment then leaps into action. They print your job on high quality highlight color laser equipment, and then automatically insert the page or pages into envelopes, flats or boxes, depending on the number of pages in the piece. Each piece conforms to special USPS mail requirements and has the correct amount of postage applied. The pieces are then sorted and mailed. Effective quality control procedures are utilized throughout to ensure the production process is error free.
Throughout the process, our customers only area of the web site is updated with the status of your print jobs. E-mails are sent to interested parties when jobs are received and processed.
Who should use it?

Security
From your management systems to the US Postal Service, every step in the PrintBill Process is secure. In fact, production facilites are SAS 70 certified.
We accept jobs primarily via secure HTTP or FTP. Files can be additionally encrypted in any number of ways, according to mutual agreement in advance.
Jobs are processed on our central servers, and then transmitted to the appropriate production facility, again utilizing industry accepted encryption mechanisms.
Physical security is also of the highest order. Each production facility is staffed 24x7 with armed security and bonded staff at every level of operations. Jobs requiring special inventories such as payroll and AP checks are protected by additional internal physical security measures.
Finally, your finished print jobs are delivered to the US Postal Service, which is on-site in each of our production facilities.
In the case of a HIPAA covered documents, The Chain of Trust is complete and compliant with the letter and spirit of HIPAA security and privacy rules.
